Along with renovating other peoples’ properties, we are very proud to have designed, built and furnished Villa’s Demir and Deniz, both 4 bedroom private villas, identical inside, both with swimming pools that are located on the riverside.
We sourced materials from all over Turkey to ensure that the property was built to the best possible standard and stands up to the harsh elements of wet winters and dry summers.
The properties are fully insulated to help retain a comfortable temperature and have central heating.
